The Spiritual Knockout

Who has an all-access pass to Y O U?! Think about it. It's been said that you are the sum of the 5 closest people to you. While I don't find that to be 100% true, the people you keep in your company DO directly impact your energy. They have the power to raise and lower your vibrations if you let them. With that in mind, this week I have an exercise for you. I want you to write out a list of these people. Not your favorite people, but the ones you are consistently surrounded by. The ones who you spend most of your time with, or... who take up most of your time. Review this list and ask yourself, are the people you surround yourself with adding to your life? Are they adding to the narrative that you want for your life? Do they have something aspirational or inspirational for you to look up to? Everyone in your close circle should have something that is adding to your energy, not just taking away. It could be their amazing work ethic, their positive outlook on life, or their spiritual connection that you seek to achieve within yourself. There has to be something that is there to make you better because if not, they are simply draining you.
