In the first episode of Season 3, Dr. Marta Ra shares the tools & tactics to combine feminine energy and finance to shape the future of finance.
She started out with a diploma in business, went on to get a Ph.D., and worked in banking and psychological rehabilitation. Amongst others, she has worked with Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. While at JP Morgan, she was responsible for managing CHF 39bn - the largest Swiss Pension Fund.
Recently, she co-founded Women In Sustainable Finance (WISF).
WISF empowers women to push for a sustainable and inclusive financial industry through education and collaboration.
