This new podcast comes out of my diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease five years ago at fifty-two, and my desire to use my experience in a generative way to be a source of healing and learning and a receipient of healing and learning. The show will feature experts in the field as well as aging individuals who tell stories of growth and wisdom. Early episodes will feature short tutorials and coaching on telling your story as you age.
