Prologue
Dr. Curtis Odom is an experienced entrepreneur, business owner, and former Fortune 100 executive. He is an author, teacher, consultant, and coach who motivates, educates, and inspires others to achieve their highest levels of success both professionally and personally. Curtis served in the Navy, navigated various roles in firms and corporations, and now is an Executive Professor of Management at Northeastern University. He also is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and Distinguished Principal Research Fellow at The Conference Board.
