Jenn shares awesome insight on just about everything, from how to become a Registered Dietician, how to fuel before, during, and after workouts, as well as ways to stay hydrated--especially when you're sweating buckets on the Peloton. Then, our Powerhouse is a true champion: None other than Gwen Jorgensen, the first American to win a gold medal in the sport of triathlon, which she nabbed in 2016. Gwen has since had a son and turned her focus strictly to running and will be competing in the Olympic Trials next month.
