One of his assistants had a rough time going through a divorce. This led him to a decision that changed his life course. He decided to buy a house, remodeled it, and made his assistant rent it. Who would have thought that a simple act of kindness can bring him the best opportunity that life has to offer? This turn of events eventually opened the doors for Ardem to know more about the construction process. He met a lot of wonderful people who helped him materialize his vision of helping those who are in need while creating the most beautiful homes. One piece of advice that most entrepreneurs should take by heart is to always choose a team that you trust and who are you are like-minded with. This will not only yield good results, but it will strengthen the company as a whole.
