Break Ups Become Break Throughs

Today, Tyler Woods talks about breakups. She believes that breakups should be called breakthroughs, whether they occur between 6-year-olds, 16-year-olds, 24-year-olds, or 50-year-olds. She thinks that whether we break up with a job, parent, sibling, friend, or sweetheart, breakups are not the end but the beginning a rebirth sort of like and when you come out the other side, you'll be changed, and different. A part of you will die, but an even better part of you will emerge.
