Week 8 of the Philadelphia Eagles 2024-2025 season is now in the books as they beat the Cincinnati Bengals on the road by a score of 37-17 in a game that we’re dubbing the tale of two halves. While the Eagles offense struggled to execute consistently during the first half, it was the complete opposite during the second half. Although the defense only had one sack in the game, they showed consistent pressure, especially in the second half. Jalen Hurts doesn't have to do it all. This team can win with him, and doesn't need to win because of him.
This was probably the Eagles most complete game this season. The team now stands at 5-2 on the season, and are neck-and-neck with the Commanders for the top of the NFC East division.
