You don't have to show up on socials if you're having an off day .. there I said it!

I believe it's okay to take some time away from business whenever you need to, or even want to.

Yes, of course, it's important to show up, be consistent and give your audience value but it's also okay to take some time away as well.

You get to decide and make the decisions in your business. You are the CEO of your business and you get to decide your business hours and sometimes we need to take a minute when we're unwell, our family needs us or we just simply need to take some time away to rest + recharge.

It's interesting as I've found it hasn't been detrimental at all taking some time away, in fact, I've often found to have success off the back of having some time off.

So let this be your permission slip to take time off if you need.
