He was found guilty on 5 of 6 charges, and was sentenced to minimal jail time, fines, and probation. Jussie has used his race and sexual orientation to get what he wants from a very young age, this is not new behavior. The real question is: why would he fake a hate crime against his race and sexual orientation to bolster his role on a TV show he was cast on for being black and gay.
