Katie Kraus earned her PhD in Nutrition Science from Utah State University. She's been a Registered Dietitian for 14 years, and a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics for 6 years. She has worked primarily in academia, but started a telehealth private practice in 2021. Katiespecializes in sports nutrition and intuitive eating, and is certified to practice in Utah, California, and Arizona. Katieenjoys running, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
