Living only for oneself, life would be ordinary and justbearable; living for more people, life would be vibrant with colors. Emptinessand loneliness are not results of being alone, but rather lacking purpose inlife and not caring for others. Those who always think about making themselveshappy are the unhappiest of all, while those that constantly try to help othersare surrounded by happiness all the time. We should give more instead offorever taking. Only when we give can we receive. The more one takes, the lessone owns.

What use is money when a rich man is not healthy? How canlife be happy when a healthy man has an ill heart, which makes him feel lost,anxious and worried all day? Hence, the body is of more value than riches, andthe heart is more important than the body. If we put all our efforts intochasing external “gains”, and drift further and further away from our hearts, lifewould lose its true value.

Each and every heart contains inexhaustible treasures, which can surely be found if we search for it inthe right way. Hope and faith all come from within. Material cannot bringsatisfaction. Try to do some charity work when possible, and let the heart cometo life again in selfless deeds.

无尽宝藏

只为自己生活，平凡而又无奈；为更多人去奉献，生命才更精彩。空虚、孤独不在于有没有人在身边，而在于内心有没有方向，有没有心量去关怀别人。总是想着怎样让自己快乐的人，最不快乐。反过来，那些总想去帮助别人的人，快乐总会围绕身旁。人不能总是向外索取，而是要多付出和奉献，付出什么，才能收获什么，越是索取，越是贫瘠。

一个人如果拥有万贯家财，却没有健康的体魄，那财富又有什么用呢？如果一个人身体健康，

却没有健康的心灵，整日迷茫、烦躁、忧虑那活着又有什么快乐呢？所以，身体比物质重要，

心灵比身体重要。如果把生命的重心放在追逐外在的“得到”上，离心灵越来越远，也就覆蔽了人生真正的价值。

人人心中都有一个无尽的宝藏，只要我们能够照着正确的方法去开采，都能发掘出自心的宝藏。希望与信心都要向内求，而不能通过物质来满足。有机会可以参加一些慈善活动，在无私的奉献中复苏心灵。
