Tim Rowley is CTO and COO at PeopleCaddie, a digital talent marketplace focused exclusively on contract opportunities for highly skilled business professionals, where he oversees technology, marketing, finance, and operations. He has over 20 years of managerial experience, having previously been a Senior Vice President of eCommerce at Bank of America and a member of the founding team of 3PAR, acquired by HP in 2011. Mr. Rowley is a graduate of MIT and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
