She is the co-founder and executive director of Skillscout, a creative studio dedicated to transforming brand stories into compelling visuals that inspire action and belief. They talk about the power of video and storytelling to bring jobs and company culture to life and the most important moments during production of a video: making the people in it feel seen, heard, validated, and celebrated.
