Kim shares her weight loss journey and the impact of the Metabolic Balance program on her life. She struggled with her weight for most of her life and had previously lost weight during COVID but gained it back.
She decided to try the Metabolic Balance program to make a lasting change. Kim found success with the program by being committed and sticking to the recommended meal timings and portion control. She also found support from her coach and the online community.
Kim's weight loss has improved her self-confidence, allowed her to fit into clothes better, and improved her skin condition. She plans to continue with the program and reach her goal weight.
