So how do we create psychological safety?
I recommend you identify the team members who have historically had less power and elevate them to the decision-making table. Then give their perspectives the weight they deserve and make changes to help them feel safe and valued.
When the least powerful and least visible among us are genuinely honored and included, our organizations are strengthened!
