What Makes a Good Goal?
We all carry dreams and desires in our hearts. Everything we have accomplished has started as an idea, desire, or dream. But not all desires or dreams become realized. What is the difference between the desires and dreams we realize and those we don't? One factor is the presence of a clear goal. In this episode, I share two characteristics of a good goal. Good goals are important to us (relevant) and within our control (attainable).
