For this episode, I reflect on the amazing conversation I had with Matt Braunger recently. Matt is a hilarious comedian with multiple albums and podcasts over the years, and we had a wonderful conversation talking about comedy, how he stays healthy, and so much more!
But you won't be hearing any of it.
Because I messed up the recording. I fumbled it. When I played it back, I had not recorded any of his audio. And so we won't be listening to that conversation. Sorry about that. Instead, it's just me talking for a little while. Which is also fine. I like talking, and I talk about things I've learned throughout this year of being a podcaster and personal trainer, and the challenges of balancing being a host or a human. And there might even be a joke or two in there.
