Check out Rudy and Rob from The Innsiders on this week’s edition of Jokes and the Gym. This episode feels half like two old friends catching up and half like a promo for one of those friends’ podcasts, The Innsiders. We spend a fair amount of time chatting about our travels, as the two of us have both traveled at length across the globe. We talk about our time in Korea, and successes that our friends have found after their time in the RoK.
We connect on our shared love of early bedtimes, severely limiting our alcohol intake, and other healthy habits we wouldn’t have considered many moons ago. We get into Rob’s preferred training split (3 months on, 3 ____ off), his go-to bodyweight workouts, and our differing approaches to putting out content (one of us is definitely NOT a perfectionist…).
