You control what you can and disregard & discard the rest.
We need to be our top cheerleaders in our heads. In our self-talk. In our lonely times. In the quiet times.
Then at the end of the day, we come back to the music to release all our joys and especially all the negative energy. Recharge. Let go. Let it out. Refuel. Refreshed. It's a new us. Ready for whatever life's struggles may bring.

This mix was a 2nd attempt. I did this mix at my friend, Hubert's CTRL ROOM (IG: @ctrlroom) in the west end of Toronto. The city we love. The city where house music is loved by many.
The first attempt was on Dec9th, 2022. This was made on Jan17th, 2023. Usually, I go just by myself. Sometimes with one friend.
This time I don't know what happened... a few more came along and it became an impromptu party on a Tuesday night. LMAO. There are a few mistakes in this mix, but the energy is fantastic and the company was wonderful. It was a lot of fun and wiped me out for most of my Wednesday. Lol
Thank you Hubert. You understand my addiction to this music and have provided your CTRL ROOM many many times to feed it.
