The United Nations, along with its partners and the Democratic Republic of Congo government, Thursday launched a $2.5 billion Humanitarian Response Plan for the people of eastern DRC. The new chairman of Tanzania’s main opposition Chadema party has been clarifying his policy of no reforms, no elections in Tanzania.
