So much of what you carry is not your own. Intergenerational trauma can carry up to 7 generations through your lineage. While it may be a part of your family's history, it doesn't have to be your burden to bear in this lifetime.
In fact, it may be your calling to break the cycle for your lifetime + future generations to come, your children, grandchildren, and their children (up to 7 generations forward!)
