There's been a lot of talk in the news about inflation and interest rates for at least a year now, and the financial world just got dealt another devastating blow with the failure of a couple not insignificant banks in mid March. Join me for the first of four episodes dedicated to learning the basics of macroeconomic financial policy, the role the Fed plays in that, and how they control vital aspects of the economy. I also explore some of the history that set the stage for real trouble with the advent of COVID, and where that has led to today with out of control inflation and panic over bank closures.
