5 life-changing lessons I learned in 2022

Today I am going deep! This is the most vulnerable podcast I have created to date but it just felt right and it was the message I wanted to share this week. Since we have hit December of 2022 (can you even believe it?) I have been doing a lot of reflecting on this year and what a year it has been.

A lot of these lessons are life lessons but they can be used in your business to help you build a sustainable business that allows your humanity to exist within it (we are not robots). I don’t think we talk about the messy and dark stuff enough, and this episode certainly touches on some of that.

Unfortunately, most of the biggest lessons we learn in life and business are the toughest ones and I had no shortage of that this year. 2022 will be a year etched in my mind and history forever as one of the hardest years to date… and it’s up to you to tune into this episode to hear more.
